2020 EVENT UPDATE!
Due to current Municipality of Anchorage outdoor gathering limits, we are unable to obtain the permits needed to produce this event on New Years Eve. We are reimagining the Resolution Run: Introducing the Raven Resolution Challenge! A month long challenge with a goal level for everyone, you can walk, hike, jog, or run your way to the “finish line” and let your endorphins raise you up. Have your progress highlighted with “badges” as you complete mileage milestones. Join us for a weekly class from The Alaska Club’s TAC Connect, and a weekly clinic to help you get rolling with healthy habits. Get moving and stay on top!
If you had already registered for the Resolution Run, see your deferment and transfer options at the link below.

Course
The course starts at the Atwood Center on the Alaska Pacific University campus and will wind around the bike paths, trails and roads around University Lake and the Alaska Pacific University campus. Look for lights and fun out on the trails. We usually have winter conditions of either ice or snow and suggest a good studded winter shoe. There is none better than IceBug for handling our winter course, whether you are running fast or walking so you can take in the scenes.
As a portion of this run does go through the woods in University Lake park, you may want to bring your own headlamp or other illumination to help you see in between the fun, lighted zones. As always, passive lighting (reflectivity) and active lighting (flashing Light) are recommended for night running.
Party
Lights and music will be the theme of the evening. A live DJ will be spinning in the Atwood courtyard. Come early and dance for your warm up!
Parking
Event parking is available in the Alaska Airline Center on the UAA Campus. It will be a about a 5-10 minute walk up to the APU Campus. There won’t be any event parking allowed on the APU campus as many of the parking lots will be used for the event, and the access road is part of the course. Parking is indicated on the map below. Overflow parking is available at the UAA library parking lot.
*Registration fees are non-refundable.
