During a running shoe fitting our staff will:
-Take measurements of your foot size for length and width
-Visually assess your foot shape, including, arch and instep height, toe and heel width
-Discuss your activity habits, the amount you walk/run, your injury history if any, and what brought you in for a fit
-Perform quick gait analysis (don’t worry! it only takes a minute) through one of a few methods to help identify what type of shoe may be best for you
-Offer a demo pair of great running socks to try on with your shoes so you know what “best” feels like!
-Introduce fit options, such as footbeds, that may help improve the comfort and function of the shoes you choose
-Bring you several shoe options to try and allow you time to ask questions and see what shoes are most comfortable and appropriate for your activity needs
