Expert Shoe Fitting

During a running shoe fitting our staff will:

-Take a weighted and unweighted measurement of your foot size for length and width

-Visually assess your foot shape, including, arch and instep height, toe and heel width

-Ask you questions about your walking and running habits, the amount you walk and run, your injury history if any and what brought you in for a fit

-Put you in a pair of test shoes and head to the treadmill to walk or run for a short gait analysis (don’t worry! it only takes a minute)

-Take a short video to determine your natural gait while you are walking or running

-Bring you several shoe options to try and allow you time to ask questions and see what shoes are most comfortable and appropriate for your activity needs

-Suggest other items, such as insoles, that may help improve the comfort and function of the shoes you choose
