RAVEN RUN CLUB – SPRING

Session Runs:
April 1 – June 22 (12 weeks)
Build towards the Anchorage Mayor’s Marathon

Cost:
$250

This Group Meets for 90 minute sessions:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. or  6:00 p.m

Location:
Meets at The Dome, then transitions outside to Westchester Lagoon, Central Middle School, and the Park Strip as weather allows

Saturday group run @ Skinny Raven Downtown at 8:00 a.m.

Let expert coaching take your training to the next level. Keep yourself accountable with structured workouts during the week and a long run each weekend. Meet new people! This is an all level training group.

Tuesday and Thursday workouts will incorporate speed, interval, and tempo runs. Saturday’s workout will be a long run.  A Raven Run Club training shirt is included in your registration! Practices last 75-90 minutes on weekdays.

Early season sessions will be at the Dome. Your dome access at these sessions is covered by your Run Club membership.

INTRO TO RAVEN RUN CLUB – SPRING

Session Runs:
March 20 – April 27 (6 weeks)
Build towards the Alaska Heart Run

Cost:
$80

This Group Meets for 75 minute sessions:
Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.

Location:
Meets at The Dome, then transitions outside to Westchester Lagoon, Central Middle School, and the Park Strip as weather allows

Saturday group run @ Skinny Raven Downtown at 8:00 a.m.

If you are looking to get into running or just getting back into it, this is the group for you! We’ll provide the experienced coaches, strength and form techniques to keep you injury free, and the encouragement; you provide the positive attitude and readiness to make your running goals a reality. A Raven Run Club tech shirt included in your registration! Limited group size for individualized attention.

This Group Meets for 90 minute sessions:

Get a 4 week head start on the Hightail Half Training Group by joining us for the first weeks of our Spring Training Group.

HIGHTAIL HALF TRAINING GROUP

Session Runs:
May 1 to July 21 (12 weeks)

Cost:
$160 ($125 for Hightail Half Participants)

This Group Meets for 90 minutes sessions:
Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m.
@ The Park Strip, local tracks, and bike paths

Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.
@ Skinny Raven Sports Downtown

Do you want to join fellow ladies training for the Hightail Half Marathon? Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome. No matter what your goals are, you will be guided to success by Skinny Raven’s expert coaches.

Your training package includes a training program, 2 coached sessions a week, a training group shirt by Brooks, and a custom bottle from Nathan Hydration. The group is limited to 150 participants. So register early if you would like to join the fun! Add the training group to your event registration . If you have already registered for the event and want to join the group, email the coaches for the discounted rate.

You can train with the group even if you aren’t planning on running the race. To sign up outside of race registration, click the “Training Group Only” option.
