RAVEN RUN CLUB – WINTER 2016/2017

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m.

Why wait until the new year to get into shape? Hold yourself accountable through the winter months! This is an all level group. Tuesday’s workouts will focus on speed, Thursday will incorporate a tempo run and Saturdays will be a long run. This group is a great way to stay in shape through the winter months.
Get yourself ready for a strong spring training schedule and tackle all of your summer racing goals without the injuries that come from winter running hibernation. A Raven Run Club tech shirt and a month membership to The Dome are included in your registration!

HER TERN HALF TRAINING GROUP
April 26 to July 16 (11 weeks)
Cost – $160 ($125 for HTH Participants)
This Group Meets:
Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m.
@ The Park Strip, local tracks, and bike paths
Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.
@ Skinny Raven Sports Downtown
Do you want to join fellow ladies training for the Her Tern Half Marathon? Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome. No matter what your goals are, you will be guided to success by Skinny Raven’s expert coaches.
The cost for those signed up for HTH is $125. Your training package includes HTH training program shirt from event sponsor Brooks and HTH custom insulated bottle from Nathan Hydration. The group is limited to 150 participants and has sold out the last two years. So register early if you would like to participate. You can train with the group even if you aren’t planning on running the race. To sign up, click the “Sign Up Now” button and chose the “Training Group Only” option.
